The Colorado Association of Parliamentarians (CAP) is a division of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP). CAP is a state umbrella unit with several local units.
CAP meets annually and holds a Summer Institute. The local units meet most months and have both meetings and education programs.
The mission of the national, state, and local units is to educate about and practice using parliamentary procedure. All are based on Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised.
As a division of National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP), we have access to a substantial Body of Knowledge, online learning courses and self-study courses as well as educational events across the NAP districts and states..
